Sliding Scale
I believe that everyone should have access to affordable mental health care; therefore, I have a number of appointment times reserved for clients of limited means and/or without insurance. If you need assistance with counseling, please contact me for more details.
Insurance
I am an “out-of-network” provider for most insurance plans. If you’d like to use insurance, you are responsible for verifying their out-of-network provider coverage and for submitting claims and seeking reimbursement directly. I’ll supply you with statements and any other documentation you request.
Payment
I require a CC to be entered into your Simple Practice portal. Payment is due at the time of the session, and I will charge the CC on file at the end of each session.
